The 1912 Foundation plays a critical role in ensuring Chatswood Rugby remains an inclusive, high-performing, and sustainable club for current and future generations. By funding access to the game, investing in player and coach development, and supporting wellbeing and safety, the Foundation removes barriers to participation while elevating the overall standard and experience of rugby within the community. It underpins the club’s ability to grow, compete, and care for its members – ensuring rugby is not only accessible, but enriching and enduring for all involved.

Playing fee subsidies to ensure rugby is a low-cost participation sport and fees are not a barrier to any person wishing to participate
